Hands down the most bad ass Coin box you were ever hold your hands. Probably the heaviest as well. This is made of thick heavy brass. It has unique features in that there are no right angles as there are usually on your standard Okito box. This has nice smooth curved edges that only Lassen could do.
This exquisite box also unique, and that it is made to hold silver dollars. It also has the recessed bottom making it a Boston box.
A Boston box allows you to perform many moves and displays that are not possible with a standard Okito box.
Perfect for the classic Ken Brooke “tea for two“ transposition that will not absolutely knock their socks off.
I checked Todd’s blog and I was unable to find anywhere where he made a run of these. I believe this was a one of a kind custom-made commission from a customer.
The lid of the box has the Lassen Hallmark.
